LAND
Our New Land is 10 acres located next to our current campus and will finally provide the acreage to expand. We put 12% down and used our current equity to leverage the loan. The video says it all – watch it!
Primary investment: Although we have already secured the loan we would like to consider replenishing that 12% from savings for our future. We also want to begin by taking a portion of, and the platform of “Multiply," to begin to pay down our current debt so we can prepare to build.
Benefit: This is a game changer for generations to come!!
