Multiply Updates
1. Multi-site – We have started our second location in Newport at the Syndicate. It has been an awesome success. People are getting touched that have not been reached.
Current Investment – 50k + view needs of the house.
2. Online campus – This is ready to take place now. Much of the needed audio equipment has been purchased. We have had to pull back on some video needs for now but we should be able to make this work. We have set the launch date for the first weekend in October. We will have a church wide test run a couple times in August. This will help us build awareness before the launch. This is also following At the Movies that can’t be put online anyway. Planning a water baptism service this first week as well, so family can see & celebrate from all over the world.

3. Food pantry – We have leased 2,800 Sq. ft. off Limaburg Road. We have put in all the shelving, 6 freezers, and 60 boxes of food. We are working on the infrastructure now. We are helping people weekly, but are trying to grow into this over the summer. There are 3 classrooms that we can also help in other ways. Classes on finances, interview training, etc. When we’re ready we’ll have days that people can drop in and may even do a grand opening, before the fall.

4. New Land – We have purchased the 10 acres next to us on I-75. This gives us 20 acres on one of the busiest Interstates in the country. We have invested around $300k in this with a down payment and a minimum account balance with our bank. Land was purchased for 1.3m in March of 2010.

5. Design & Architecture – We have hired a company to begin a data analysis on our current growth trend and how that translates into building needs. This includes them working with us to determine our financial capabilities. They will help us with a conceptual design for re-zoning purposes. Once this is done they will act as our mediator through the building process.
Current Investment – 8k (includes first 2 of about 20 steps)
6. Needs of the house – We’ve painted the exterior of the building, put in a new gutter system, fixed our landscaping issues, fixed a broken drainage pipe, opened 2 new offices, and will continue working on this. As well we’ve upgraded video, and audio equipment that carries over into 5 of the 7 ideas.

7. Television – We’re going to start going on T.V. Sunday mornings in NKY. We will be communicating time ‘s and station soon.
