WE’VE MISSED YOU

If you’re wondering what things will look like when you come back, it looks like smiling eyes eager to see you. It looks like new safety measures. It’s waves and air high fives and a new family experience. It might be a little different, but it’s still home!

WE’VE MISSED YOU

If you’re wondering what things will look like when you come back, it looks like smiling eyes eager to see you. It looks like new safety measures. It’s waves and air high fives and a new family experience. It might be a little different, but it’s still home!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your safety is our top priority. We’re committed to creating an environment that meets government recommendations for safety. To make that possible, our weekend services have been redesigned to create a touchless environment that allows for physical distancing and reduced capacity.

Arrival
Upon arrival, you’ll notice all doors will be open. You will be greeted with waves, air high fives, and smiles (under our facemasks of course).

Lobby
Additional hand sanitizer will be added throughout the lobby.

Auditorium
Seating in the auditorium will be distanced according to CDC guidelines. We would love to help you and your family find a seat!

Cleaning
We have added additional staffing and volunteers solely dedicated to maintaining a clean facility before, during, and after your visit.

Face Coverings
All staff and volunteers will be required to wear a face covering. We are committed to following the guidelines established by the government. Therefore, we will have masks available for anyone who does not have one.

If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, have had a fever in 14 days, have been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or if you or someone in your household has been tested and not yet received the results please stay home! In the event something happens, 7 Hills will not be held liable. Therefore, anyone that comes is coming at his or her own risk.

With careful planning, we’re excited to reopen Hills Kids on August 23!

Similar to our redesigned weekend services, we’re taking additional steps to keep our Hills Kids environments safe (and fun) for your family.

– We recommend all children ages 2 and up to wear a mask (you know they look cute with them on anyways).

– In order to minimize contact, snacks will not be provided for the time being.

– We’ve increased hygiene and cleaning protocols in our Hills Kids spaces. All children’s classrooms will be thoroughly cleaned before, during and after all services.

– Additional hand-sanitizing stations will be available in Hills Kids check-in and hallway areas.

– Classrooms will have more disposable crafts and toys with a maximum number of children per room to ensure proper social distancing.

When you arrive, be ready for a redesigned check-in process!

– Every staff member, volunteer, and child in Hills Kids will have their temperature taken before checking into Hills Kids. We aren’t able to check in anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher.

– Our touchless experience will extend to check-in as Hills Kids volunteers will help you at the check-in kiosks and handle sign-in sheets for you.

– We encourage you to only send one parent into Hills Kids for drop-off and pick-up to help limit traffic in the hallways.

– Be sure to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands before entering Hills Kids. Encourage your child to do the same.

– You’ll see lots of big waves, but let’s avoid hugs, high-fives, and handshakes.

We’ll all need to work together to help keep Hills Kids safe, so please stay home and participate in Hills Kids online if your child:

– Has had a fever in the past 14 days.

– Shows any symptoms of COVID-19.

– Has been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
