Night to Shine is an unforgettable worldwide celebration event, centered on God’s love, honoring and valuing people with special needs. This event is hosted each year on the Friday before Valentine’s Day by churches across the globe, bringing congregations, communities, and families living with disability closer together in fellowship.

Frequently asked questions
What to expect at Check-In (7 Hills Church)
Once arrived at 7 Hills Church, guests will check-in, complete the registration sign-up if it was not done online and receive their name tag.
Guests will then be guided to the Buddy Pairing where they will meet their Buddy for the evening!
Guests will receive a beautifully chosen boutonniere or corsage. Guests can get hair, make-up, or shoes shined if they choose. If not, that’s ok!
Guests will have their formal photo taken with their Buddy.
Off we go on a party bus ride for dinner and dancing at Florence Methodist Church!
What to expect at the dinner and dance (Florence Methodist Church)
Once arrived at Florence Methodist Church, Guest and Buddy will coat check any items needed.
Guests and Buddy will enjoy a delicious meal with a variety of appetizers. Don’t forget dessert!
All Guests will be crowned King and Queen of the prom!
The guests will have their name announced by a local favorite as they walk the red carpet!! Be ready for the Paparazzi!
Guests will enjoy all the dancing, karaoke and the photo booth until 9 p.m.
Make sure to grab your gift bag and portrait at check-out!
When do I get my arrival check-in time?
The arrival time email will be sent out late afternoon, February 3rd, 2025. Please do not arrive earlier than your assigned arrival time. It ensures best flow at check-in for all the guests.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
The party buses are not wheelchair friendly, and personal transportation will be required for those with wheelchairs. Caregivers should take guests with wheelchairs directly to the Dance location, Florence Methodist Church.
Can I just drop off my Guest?
Yes. HOWEVER, Caregivers must remain with their Guest until they are matched with a Buddy. After the Guest is matched with their Buddy, Caregivers may leave or enjoy the Respite Room activities. Pick up is at 8:45 pm.
What if I, the Guardian/Caregiver, doesn't want a Buddy?
Per the Tim Tebow Foundation policy, a Buddy must be assigned, even if the Guardian/Caregiver remains with the Guest.
Care Provider Agency: Chaperone is not required to stay with Guest(s) unless required by the Care Provider Agency. If the Chaperone remains with the Guest(s), a current Background Check will be required. Background checks will come via email. Per the TIm Tebow policy, Chaperones must remain with the Guest(s) until a Buddy is assigned.
What kind of food will be available?
Our menu includes a wide variety of appetizer dishes. Food cannot be pureed. If puree or any other special diet is needed, we ask that Caregivers plan accordingly for that and bring the meal with them.
