What is the cost of
Summer Fest?

Summer Fest is $150 per child. Price includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, t-shirt, and activities all 3 days.

We cannot afford the
full cost of Summer Fest,
what do I do?

Our heart is for every child to be able to attend Summer Fest who wants to. Email hillskids@7hillschurch.tv to get information on partial sponsorship.

How old does my child
need to be to attend
Summer Fest?

Summer Fest is for children entering 1st grade through 5th grade.

You must come pick your child up from the location that you dropped off at 3:00 PM each day. You will present your child’s pickup sticker at the entrance and AGAIN at the exit doors, so please keep your ticket with you. If you have designated someone else to pick up your child, you need to fill out proper information during online registration, and make sure the pickup person has your child’s pickup sticker or a photo of the pickup sticker.

Will childcare be
provided before or after
Summer Fest?

Childcare will not be provided before or after Summer Fest. Please be prompt when picking up your child at 3:00 PM.

Will lunch or snacks be
served during Summer Fest?

Snacks and lunch will be served each day. If your child has a food allergy, please make sure to notify the Check-In team and your child’s small group leader when you check your child in for Summer Fest. (This should be on the child’s waiver and SG leaders should receive a roster with allergies listed in advance).

When will my child receive
their t-shirt?

T-shirts will be passed out the first day of Summer Fest. We encourage students to wear their shirts everyday!

My child has an Epi Pen.
How should we send it
to Summer Fest?

Please send your child’s Epi Pen in a plastic zip top bag with their first and last name and allergen written on it to the first day of Summer Fest. Please give the Epi Pen to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep the Epi-Pen with them at all times.

My child has a rescue
inhaler. How should we
send it to Summer Fest?

Please send your child’s rescue inhaler (and spacer, if needed) in a plastic zip top bag with their first and last name written on it to the first day of Summer Fest. Please give the rescue inhaler to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep the inhaler with them at all times.

My child has a food
allergy. What should we do?

We want to support your family with excellence at Summer Fest and want you to help us decide what your child can safely eat. During registration, you will be given the option to indicate that your child has a food allergy. If we are serving a snack or lunch your child cannot eat due only to an allergy, they can bring an alternative option that is dairy free and nut free.

My child needs special
accommodations during
Summer Fest. What is
available for them?

At Summer Fest we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment that allows all children to access worship and ministry. Hills Kids Buddies exists to share the love of Christ by assisting children needing special accommodations to become full participants and contributors in the body of Christ. If your child needs special physical accommodations during Summer Fest, please contact us for more information at hillskids@7hillschurch.tv.
